About
All my professional life is connected to consulting and sales. And I have to state it's a Magic Combination. I have been developing this expertise for more than twenty years. During this time, I have participated in projects in both the public and private sectors, in projects of various scales: from startups to national level government projects. Customers came from different industries: financial institutions, telecoms, retail, manufacturing, political parties and from different countries: Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia.
All this time I studied independently and participated in educational initiatives from the companies where I worked. I was trained by the best business consultants in Europe and USA. I attended training programs in France, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, China, USA.
It was started many years ago with ERP (enterprise resource planning) and CRM (customer relationship management) systems and now the focus is on methodological support for transformation initiatives and new technologies (Artificial Intelligence, IoT and others) that act as business drivers to implement change to be ready for TOMORROW.

Own Methodology
Methodology is a great tool to unify process and provide repeatability result as a quality guarantee. This's a product of 20 years experience in consulting sales, business development and management of change project implementation. Structure and Logic i are the King and Queen here. We found that sales assessment gives us tons of information about needs for change and transformation. We start. from sales and it's our advantage. After this we provide info to customer how to update their strategy and how to implement these changes (how to transform customer's company).

SALES
We start from Sales. we get and analyse info about sales business process, product|services, their USP, market potential, how product and market meets each other. We prepare professional inputs for next stage Strategy.

STRATEGY
We help customer to tune Strategy based on inputs we got on Sales Assessment Stage. We quide customer through whole strategy creating process putting their attention to each small detail.

TRANSFORMATION
As soon as Strategy is approved we help Customer to Plan, Design and Implement Transformation. We orchestrate the whole process. We put people in highest priority.

Transformation methodology

Transformation is most important stage in our journey with a customer. Customer drives this initiative proactively in deep collaboration with our team. Methodology is a link between science, research and practice. It's the way how we work. Using proven methodological approach we make our customers secured and our project transparent.
There are four parallel streams going through each stage:
  1. Business Architecture,
  2. Technology Architecture,
  3. Management of Change,
  4. Transformation Government.



1. Assess and Align
The Assess and Align Stage analyses the company across the five strands of change to determine the gap between the current environment and the targeted one, identifying opportunities and requirements to then close the gap. Develop both a transformation strategy and plan to bring the enterprise to its desired state, focusing on business priorities and imperatives. Define the programs/projects needed to bring about the change and produce a business case to support the initiatives. This Stage is subdivided into four key Activities: Model As-Is, Develop To-Be, Define Transformation, and Plan Projects.
2. Design
The Design Stage activities involve analysing the identified options from Assess and Align, designing the business solutions aligned with the previously defined strategic vision. Also during the Design stage, work begins on preparing the organization to accept the change and materials needed to implement the solution are designed. Detailed plans for the development of the solution and implementation support materials along with an implementation strategy are created. The Design Stage depicts the Deliverables as executed sequentially, but the work may often be performed iteratively along with the Develop Stage in an effort to produce the optimal solution that meets all of the client's requirements. This Stage is subdivided into three Activities: Design Solution, Plan Development, and Confirm and Authorize.

3. Develop
Develop and test the designed solutions including the pilot phase etc. as necessary. The work includes preparing and collaborating on the detailed implementation plans and acceptance criteria. Also during the Develop stage, the organization is prepared to accept the change and materials to implement the solution such as training are developed. The Develop Stage depicts the Deliverables as executed sequentially, but the work may often be performed iteratively along with the Design Stage in an effort to produce the optimal solution that meets all of the client's requirements. This Stage is subdivided into three Key Activities: Develop and Test, Demonstrate and Pilot, and Authorize Implementation.

4. Implementation
During the Implementation, the programs and projects are deployed; the company is transformed and aligned with the strategic objectives and vision. This phase also includes the delivery of training, the migration of old to the new, the reorganization of the enterprise (if needed), decommissioning of replaced processes and technology, and the preparation and handover of the solution to daily operations. This Stage is subdivided into four Activities: Prepare, Launch, Consolidate, and Handover.

5. Manage
The objective of the Manage Stage is to run and support the operating environment with a focus on achieving effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery and support of services to ensure value for clients. The Manage Stage is a significant and important part of a transformation program and is critical to the overall success of the change. Failure to properly manage and control the new company will undermine the benefits of the transformation and the organization may very quickly revert to the old practices. This Stage is subdivided into three Activities: Operate & Support, Manage Performance, and Continuous Improvement.
